Payment Processing
Authorization
When you place an order, we will request authorization from your payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, you may see a temporary hold or pending charge. This is not a charge and will disappear within 1-5 business days.

Charging Your Payment Method
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is confirmed. If an item is backordered, we will only charge your card when the item ships.

Invoice
After your order ships, we will email you a final invoice. This serves as your official receipt and includes:

Taxes

Declined Transactions

Your bank has not blocked the transaction for security reasons.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails after your order is placed, we will send you an email with instructions to update your payment method. Orders with failed payments will be canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
