Our 30-Day Return Policy Explained
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is how our return process works.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In new, unused condition.
In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Downloadable software or digital content.
Opened software or video games.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@techworld.com or call us at 1-800-555-1234.
Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 3: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Important: Do not send your item back without an RMA number. Packages sent without authorization may be rejected.
Packaging and Shipping
Step 1: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Step 2: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is returned damaged or used, we may deduct a restocking fee or reject the refund entirely.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
